The Genome - 2nd Edition

The second edition of "The Genome" highlights key developments in Pakistan's biosafety and GMOs regulation. It announces the establishment of the Pakistan Biosafety Clearing House (Pak-BCH) to implement the Cartagena Protocol, overseeing GMO/LMO activities through a three-tier system: Institutional Biosafety Committees, Technical Advisory Committee, and National Biosafety Committee.
